Dr. Osama Soliman is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Dr. Soliman was born in Mississauga and attended high school at T.L Kennedy Secondary School. After high school, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto’s Trinity College where he obtained two majors in Life Science and Physiology and a minor in Anthropology. He then spent the next four years obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr Soliman then completed his Internship and Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College
of Virginia/ Virginia Commonwealth University.
He has multiple dental and implant journal publications on topics ranging from dental implants and digital work-flow to bone cancer in the jaw. His ongoing research and clinical interests involve facial trauma and reconstruction, pathology, alveolar cleft, anesthesia, virtual implant treatment planning and provisionalization.
He has also written three chapters for the reference guide: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Secrets.
Dr. Soliman is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry and the Toronto Institute for Dental Excellence. He lectures nationally and internationally on various topics related to digital workflow, implant dentistry, Cone Beam CT and oral surgery.
